Susan, Thank you so much for your encouraging words. I love knowing that I am and my children are being watched by someone so much greater and so much more in the know than myself. The comfort that we get from a loving God in times of trial is sweeter than words. I am sorry for the loss that you went through with your own child, but it put a smile on my face to imagine him dancing with Jesus. Thank you for stopping by and sharing friend.

I can't imagine what all loss you have dealt with, yet I have lost a son. Kyle is "forever 20" and in the presence of our Holy God, dancing with Jesus.
When he was 1.5 years old, we were playing in his little bed–the kind with a wooden side rail. He was in my lap and LITERALLY fell over, hitting his eyebrow on that wooden rail, splitting his eyebrow wide open…while he was IN MY LAP. How much closer could I be – and still not be able to protect him?
Yet God is good and reveals Himself to us, shining the brightest light in our darkest moments.
