So glad to see you got the linkup back up and running, Jaime. And your thoughts and insights on John the Baptist are very convicting. I do think I let comfort be my guide more times than not, even when it comes to serving the Lord! John's example is truly an inspiration and one that challenges me to up my devotion to the Lord in many ways. Thanks so much for this word!

To me it means that God can use the most unlikely character, if we only believe and trust! Wow, to prepare the way for God. To turn people from their old ways to a new life in Heaven, while enduring through hard times. I want faith like that!

It's a wonderful thing to be able to trust God with our life, our witness and testimony. When He says move to the side and let someone else shine, I always think of the big picture and what God is doing. Some have big parts and others small. John the Baptist teaches me so much!

Love this walk thru about John. He was a humble man for sure! It is okay girl no worries. It seems like that has happened to us all at some point or another. I still have issues with the time zone and posting etc...
