Wait, what is this newness?
As believers in Christ, this change is not only inevitable, it is an absolute. It is not something to fear or out-rationalize. It is something to be treasured and celebrated. How are you celebrating your change this season?

Hi Jaime! Thanks so much for hosting the party. I hope you had an amazing Mother's Day! Have a great week, my friend!
I did have a good Mother's Day and I hope you did, too. Glad you are here this week, Tiffiney.
I love change, Jaime, it excites me. And, I love the changes that God continually makes in me! Thank you for the weekly linkup and opportunity! xo
I am with you, Susan. I like change, most of the time. I am happy when God changes me to be more like Him. Sometimes it is painful but the end result is always worth it. I am glad that you visit us every week here.
Thank you for hosting!
Glad you are here, Debbie. Thank you for sharing your work with us.
Yay for the Holy Spirit, so grateful for Him. And, I love that verse about the Lord going ahead. He's the best! 🙂 Thank you for sharing, Jaime. 🙂 And, thanks for hosting. ((grace upon grace))
Hi Jaime! Happy to link up with you today! And loved this post. Change seems to be my contact in this season. Taking one day at a time and relishing every opportunity has been priority. Praise God HE never changes!! Thank you for the encouragement today! xoxo
Amazing post, my friend! Loved the message and scripture! Thanks for hosting and hope you have a wonderful week 🙂
Thanks for sharing with #SocialButterflySunday, Jaime! Hope to see you link up again this week 🙂
I was thinking about this very thing in your message earlier this morning. In Samuel when Saul was anointed king of Israel because they wanted a king and God gave him a new heart to lead the people. So sad that He didn't maintain that relationship with God. And I realize, again, the importance of doing my part! Thank you for hosting!
Thanks for sharing your post and linky at Together on Tuesdays 🙂
So glad to have found this community! I spoke in chapel yesterday and one of my points was about new seasons! Bless you!
I am not a big fan of external change, I do realize I have to change myself on the inside to keep going.
I always remind myself of two of John Wooden's quotes: "We can have no progress without change" and 'Failure is not fatal, but failure to change might be."
Thanks for hosting.
Thank you for hosting the link-up and sharing so many wonderful scriptures in your post today!
Hi Jaime, First time to read one of your posts. It was very interesting and a new perspective on being resistant to change! Thanks for sharing it! Blessings, Janet
Oh I have such a hard time with change! It's always so scary feeling at first like my life is out of control…. Unless it's painting the house, rearranging furniture or change like that; then I'm all over it and changing things up all the time.
Whew! There is SO much change happening in my household right now. Thanks so much for these scriptures. Holding tight:)
Hi Jaime,
I had never noticed the exclamation point before! I love that! Thanks so much for pointing it out! I always feel so encouraged when I come sit with you here!
Hugs,
Lori
