Although cooking is not my specialty, I do love to cook and adapt recipes to make them my own. I have found that cooking has been a great time to quiet my heart from the busy day and listen to God and think of different Scripture I have been reading. It is my get away time. So, I am inspired to share some of our favorite recipes here with you. I will add to them as I have time.
This is a super fun super easy breakfast that you can pour your heart into. Directions: Heat skillet to the desired temperature for cooking eggs. Take a slice of bread and butter both sides. Using a heart cooking cutter, cut out the center of the bread. Put both pieces in the pan. In the center of the bread with the open heart is where you will cook your egg to desired doneness turning over once. We like them with “paint in the middle”. One the small heart put strawberry jelly or add your favorite flavor. Not a lot of work but a ton of love is poured in and the family will love them!|

| Would love to give credit where it is due but I have had this recipe for a long time and am not sure where it came from. Thanks to whomever gave it to me. I have used it a lot and it is delicious! Be Careful not to overcook.
Comment Below and let me know how they turned out!
Also, if you have a yummy frosting recipe that would go along with banana bars. I always love trying new recipes. |
