I am having my own anxieties about stuff. I go back to work in a week (I am a teacher) and where I work has become awfully small and my world has become bigger. I am one of the last of the old-timers and the culture has shifted. It is a longer story but let's just say that I don't feel welcomed where I work, I value people being honest and the new regime isn't.

Anyway, I have been praying about it and it helps.

Every time I hear something that could send me over the top I look at my wrist and say God You already know about this so I refuse to be anxious – You are in control You are on the scene.
